TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Hearthwell Kitchen through HearthwellKitchen.com. Hearthwell Kitchen is operated by ICELANDIC WESTERN CUISINE LLC.

  1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. Placing a product in your cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, materials, measurements, weights, colors, photographs, and care information.

Minor variation may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, lighting, device displays, and the natural characteristics of materials such as wood, bamboo, and ceramic.

  1. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices before an order is placed.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.

  1. Order Submission and Acceptance

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms receipt of the order and does not prevent us from performing payment, inventory, shipping, or fraud checks.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of store policies

  1. Payment

Payment is charged when the order is submitted or confirmed, depending on the payment provider.

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Current options appear at checkout.

  1. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

  1. Shipping

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international destinations.

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Standard transportation generally takes another 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours after purchase.

We cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation once fulfillment begins or the order ships.

  1. Transfer of Risk

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the shipment transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address supplied at checkout.

This provision does not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

  1. Inspection After Delivery

Inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@hearthwellkitchen.com with your order number and photographs.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and components.

All returns require prior authorization. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is prohibited.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
