These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HearthwellKitchen.com and purchases from Hearthwell Kitchen, operated by ICELANDIC WESTERN CUISINE LLC.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By using the website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

  1. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products, website, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, scrape the website without authorization, or violate applicable laws.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, availability, and images. Display settings, lighting, natural material variation, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences.

We may correct errors, update information, or modify product details when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an existing order will be addressed appropriately.

  1. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

  1. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment failure
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information. Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  1. Shipping

We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, product presentation, layout, icons, photographs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Hearthwell Kitchen and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearthwell Kitchen and ICELANDIC WESTERN CUISINE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
