SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Hearthwell Kitchen processes and delivers orders.

  1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only to valid street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Other U.S. territories
• APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
• PO Boxes
• International addresses

  1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from transportation time.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after an order has been processed and shipped.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is normally 4–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, high order volumes, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

  1. Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within our service area unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout.

  1. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier selected according to the destination, package size, and service availability.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When an order ships, we will send a shipment-confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

  1. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us within 12 hours after placing an order if you need to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing or ships.

  1. Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@hearthwellkitchen.com. We will review the shipment information and assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit.

  1. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered within a reasonable period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Claims must include the order number and correct delivery address. We may request additional information or confirmation from the carrier.

  1. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking states “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

• Verify the shipping address
• Check around the delivery location
• Ask household members, neighbors, or building personnel
• Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers scan packages before final delivery
• Contact the carrier using the tracking number

If the package remains missing, contact us for assistance.

  1. Damaged Packages

If a package or product arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  1. Split Shipments

Products from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
